  The customer service at this location was truly exceptional and exceeded my expectations. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and treated with genuine kindness and professionalism. I would especially like to recognize the manager, Joshua, for his phenomenal customer service. Joshua was extremely welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout our entire experience. He had such positive energy and made us feel valued and appreciated as customers. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to assist truly stood out. It is refreshing to encounter someone who takes pride in providing excellent customer service and goes above and beyond to make sure customers have a great experience. Joshua represented this location exceptionally well, and his outstanding customer service made our visit even more enjoyable. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and Joshua deserves recognition for the excellent job he is doing. His positive attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction are a great reflection of the establishment. I would definitely recommend this location and look forward to visiting again!

  We drove from out of town to come get the garlic parmesan sauce pizza. We love it. I dont even like regular red sauce pizza now because of it. The cashier, Joshua, was super nice and outgoing. We were chatting maybe a little too much and our pizzas were made with red sauce instead. Joshua fixed it and was very accommodating to my husband. The pizza both times it came out was fast, hot, and wonderful. Great amount of toppings, perfect amount of sauce. It was amazing. We will be coming back to this location.

  Pizza Hut on Ambler in Abilene Texas has gone to the dogs, my wife and I have been going there for many years since Covid. Upon our LAST visit, we were stopped at the counter before we sat down, the young girl said you have to order here and then you can sit down! We stood there a moment and she just looked at us, I said can we even get a menu? She handed us one and picture this, she grabbed one that was laying on her counter stuck her arm out where she had the menu by the extreme corner the menu bending downward, I reached and grabbed and said thank you so much. We stood there looking at 1 menu deciding what we wanted which was very uncomfortable. There is more but I well end with saying, we will never, EVER go back to that Pizza Hut again.
