  As much as I wanted to give a 1 star rating because my request was not made after being assured it would have. I just couldn't because the pizza was delicious. The reason for the low rating is because of the customer service. I called the store right after placing an online order to make sure the pepper and garlic cup were not in the pizza box. Once I opened up the box when I came home, both were in the box and this is after the clerk telling they wouldn't be in there like the past couple of times I ordered.

  This is gross! My husband took a bite and this chunk of whatever it is was in his mouth! So I called and spoke to the manager and told her what had happened. Said she was the one that made our pizzas and her hair was up unless it was a “fiber” from her apron! Really?! Totally not a freaking fiber this is more like a dang hairball! Said she couldn’t do anything for me tonight as they were getting ready to leave. Again…really? 70$ on pizza from Papa John’s with a 20$ tip! BS! Just thought I’d give everyone a heads up

  Pizza was cold n burnt wen it was delivered! How hard is it not to burn a pizza? Bubbled up burnt spots on 4 slices of my large pie, not cool bcuz it went in the garbage! Ordered a Philly Cheese Steak Pizza n the was hardly any topping on it, burnt, cold, n nasty, also ordered a large cheese pizza that was partially burnt as well! Papa John's Pizza used to be the best pizza around, wat happened?
