  Pizza was cold n burnt wen it was delivered! How hard is it not to burn a pizza? Bubbled up burnt spots on 4 slices of my large pie, not cool bcuz it went in the garbage! Ordered a Philly Cheese Steak Pizza n the was hardly any topping on it, burnt, cold, n nasty, also ordered a large cheese pizza that was partially burnt as well! Papa John's Pizza used to be the best pizza around, wat happened?

  I was surprised they dont have a menu posted. Mary was really nice and helpful and brought my pizza out to my van so I didnt have to stand and wait.

  I’ve been coming to this location for a very long time, and more recently I’ve noticed a steady decline in quality and service. I understand there may be new staff and management changes, but the experience overall has gotten worse. On several occasions, my orders have been incorrect or missing ingredients, and I’ve had to return multiple times just to get the correct order. That alone is frustrating, especially when it happens repeatedly. What concerns me the most is the cleanliness of the restaurant. It appears the side door near the delivery area is often left open, and I’ve noticed flies coming in and out of the building. On multiple visits, I’ve seen flies landing on prepared food. That is very concerning from a hygiene standpoint and raises serious health concerns. This seems to happen more often in the afternoons and evenings. I really hope management takes this seriously and addresses staffing, training, and cleanliness issues soon, because the location used to be much better than this.

  Normally they are great and we have no issues , but tonight the pizza was ice cold and soggy . And the wings I got were also cold . We normally have no issues and I always tip no matter what , but I was very upset very everything .

  My first time trying papa j. The pizza is awesome. Makes the other pizza in town seem horrible. My driver was quick and nice and food was great. This will be my new spot for pizza.
