  I get it was Mothers Day we went in sat at the bar bartender had to find us a server the server was nice but the wait on food was horrible we waited almost an hr for our food by than we just got to go boxes and got back on the road

  I ordered the grilled salmon and shrimp with 2 sides.( wedged salad and rice). I was so disappointed with the presentation and quality of my food. The salad was drowning in bleu cheese dressing which made it unbearable to consume entirely. Where I thought was lettuce under the dressing, it was clumps and piles of dressing. When my plate of salmon/shrimp, mushrooms on a bed of rice came out, there was liquid all over my plate (thrown on my plate). The cook or no one thought to wipe the sides of the plate. The oil and liquid was not appealing sitting at the bottom of the plate. The salmon and shrimp didn't have a grill print nor taste. There was this green product that was on the top of the salmon which was hard to distinguish what it was. It looked like scallions but the texture was mushy and unpleasant to the taste. I didn't complain, I just pushed my plate away. I then ordered wings to-go and shook my head once I got home. The wings were fried in old grease. The wings tasted and looked old and the batter was not fresh. I know you wonder, how she know any of this. I'm a Food Service Director and have been in the food industry for over 30 years. Presentation is ALWAYS KEY. We eat with our eyes. Sometimes the food may not be good but because it looks appealing, we consume it as if it does. I cook and I'm a Pastry Chef but sometimes I don't feel like cooking due to wanting to experience others cooking. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. I do appreciate the customer service. My waitress was pleasant and welcoming.

  I stopped in on a random Saturday afternoon. The place was not busy at all, but this has got to be the best Outback experience I’ve ever had in my life. Fast, friendly service. K, the employee of the month last year was excellent. Ribeye cooked to perfection. Asparagus perfectly grilled. Pecan salad great. Good job, Outback.

  First there for lunch. ( Only ones) Greeted at the door with a dirty diaper and bags of discarded Taco Bell. Mentioned to hostess. Not her job apparently. Nor the manager. Still there when we left an hour later. If they are fine with the front house presenting like this….Makes me ill to think what the back of the house looks like.

  Literally just walked out of this place after sitting at the bar for 15 minutes watching a heavy bottom bartender moving around at a snail's pace. Not acknowledging me, greeting me or asking what you drinking. That's what it took. 15 minutes to realize what the service would have been like if I stayed. Aweful, just aweful
