  Thank you guys. Today I was in bed due to medical pain and I was soo hungry.. got my sandwich in 5 minutes.. the girl who delivered it is my actual hero! <3 made my day

  Found a hair in my sandwich when I was almost done with it. Completely ruined my meal. I called in to advise mgmt and, after verifying I was a customer, they offered me store credit for replacememt sandwich in the future. I called in to make mgmt aware so that they can make the necessary adjustments moving forward. After the call I was disappointed with the offer for in-store credit. I think they should have immediately refunded the purchase. Why would anyone wish to return to that store after the experience? I don't think they completely understood my disappointment with the experience.

  Ordered take out and was given the wrong sandwich. Only discovered that after the long trip home. The receipt said, let us know how we did. I let them know and they contacted me to make sure that the situation was addressed and taken care of to my satisfaction. Thank you Jimmy John’s!
