I asked a personal shopper if she new if there were more in the back and she was frustrated I asked and said, " I don't know they normally stock them from the back." ...as if I didn't know that already. I saw a young man coming out from the back and I asked him and he kindly restocked them.
- JBJ BungerOct 14, 20262.0Getting a parking space here (handicap parking) is exceedingly difficult. Aisles in parking lot are very tight. We DESPERATELY need another HEB in Abilene, TX. Also, in dairy: they are VERY slow to push products like milk forward, so sometimes you cannot reach the ones they have. When you look for HEB chocolate milk there are none of your brand!
- JMJohn McCaghrenOct 9, 20262.0I know a lot of people love HEB, but it's just not my cup of tea. The store is always absolutely packed. The parking lot is way too small and chaotic. It's a long ways out of my way, so the only time I go is if they're having a really good meal deal. Speaking of meal deals, I got the fajita deal yesterday. I checked the price of the chicken fajita meat online, and they were $3 less than in store. In other words, they had jacked the price up $3/item before requiring you to buy 2 of them for the deal. Then, as has happened numerous times, the cashier skipped one of the coupons for the "free" items. All told, I ended up spending about $8.50 more for the meal deal than I should have. I think that's going to be my last time.
