  Another example of a chain restaurant trying to survive on its national reputation. The staff was polite and pleasant, but no one seemed to know what they were doing. Worst of all, I'm sad to report the burgers had absolutely no taste whatsoever. My eyes told me I was eating a burger, but it certainly didn't taste like a burger. I could have seasoned it myself, but I shouldn't have to do that for a burger I purchased. The toppings were decent and provided the only flavor to the meal, but we didn't come here for a salad. The buns were smashed and greasy, almost as if I'd brought the burgers home in my pocket. Dining area was incredibly loud and dirty. So many other options in Abilene for a really good burger at half the price. Don't waste your time or money. We won't return.

  I went to a Five Guys years ago in a different state and remembered it being great, the flavor and delectability lived up to my memory, keep up the good work guys 👍

  I ordered three single patty burgers, three fries and three drinks for dinner. I got one order of fries, two double patty burgers, and three drinks. The patties had absolutely no seasoning whatsoever, unfortunately tasteless. Not horrid, just tasteless. The drink selection was great though. I thought I was taking home three meals, I ended up with not enough to feed the three of us. Just the two burgers, one fry and three drinks ran $39 and change. 2/10, would not recommend.

  The food was enjoyable, but it did not particularly stand out given the cost. For our family of three, the meal exceeded $50, and we did not order any large or additional items; it consisted of three burgers, one order of fries, and three beverages. The staff members were perfectly adequate, though they did not provide an exceptional or particularly memorable experience. While they were not impolite, they also did not go above and beyond to create a special atmosphere, which is, of course, not a requirement. The establishment itself appeared quite clean, with tidy tables available for seating; we opted for takeout. Although the food was good, the restaurant's location is somewhat inconvenient for my family, being on the outskirts of town. I understand that many individuals may reside closer, but for us, the location is a bit out of the way. I believe we could find equally delicious or even superior burgers at a more affordable price and at a more convenient location.

  I have ordered from many Five Guys prior, and the food here is as good as any other. I think it's fine value for money, one of the best burgers, and THE best fries you can buy. But getting your order is a reasonable timeframe is a challenge. I placed an online order at 10:57am for pickup at 11:15am arrived at 11:18am and left with food at 11:56am. That was my whole lunch hour, so I didn't eat until 6 hours later when it was cold. Manager just blamed a new online ordering system (and training new employees - however all employees appeared to be working very diligently) and seemed to not care after I said compensation was not my goal - just the food I ordered at the time I ordered it. This is the second time my order was ready more than 10 minutes past the promise time in the app (first time 12 minutes, this time 41 minutes). Employees were friendly and working hard, store was busy - but I had to inquire about my order twice and then it was discovered it had been "missed". Great food with good employees that apparently have no direction from management.
