  Store was a mess. Bathrooms were out of stock of paper towels and toilet paper. Very slow during our visit and slow service

  Today was a great experience at DQ! If all locations were run like this one, DQ would still be open in every West Texas town. Freshest crispy chicken salad I’ve ever ordered here, with GREEN lettuce evenly shredded. Husband enjoyed a solid and well assembled burger. Plus Zoe at the counter took such good care of our order; it’s clear there are some people behind that counter who still take pride in their work. It was nice today!

  Rebekkah was our cashier/server and a super sweet and polite individual. we have been to many DQs in our lives but this one really surprised us. quick service, fresh food, and really clean. thanks y’all!

  From dirty filthy windows to melted ice cream. This dairy queen is one for the books. Let's start with pulling up at 945pm on Sunday night, granted it was late - I was passing by from a long trip and felt like a blizzard. When I pulled up, the young girl said 'what would you like'. Thought it was odd but really not an issue. Once I ordered I pulled up and saw the grossest drive through window I've ever seen. It was greasy and full of what I think was chocolate fingerprints. It wasn't pleasant. The young girl came up and had a day... She wasn't having it and it felt like dad/teen daughter tention. She said 'here' and spilled this melted ice cream of a blizzard on my hand and responded, 'want napkins?' but like that super annoyed teen daughter tone. Lol. What the hell did I ever do to this little girl to get this treatment? My overall advice, skip this dairy queen. The service is bad, the ice cream is melted and gross and yhe over all environment felt off. The place was also super dark. 👎🏽
