Nasty. The trash was overflowing. Workers were not bussing tables or attending to the seating area. Servers were blunt and rushing and not considerate. Drink station was disgusting with ice everywhere and no tea. We went 2 different times...3pm and 7pm....on 2 different days.

Well, definitely not returning here again. Bathrooms nasty! Ordered my food, im allergic to Cilantro and need plain white rice, thankful they had it, but barely got any, didnt even covered the bottom of the bowl. Chicken was fresh, im grateful she told me the other chicken had Cilantro, thank u for that. At checkout I asked about silverware so we could take it to go, they told me "GO OVER THERE AND GET IT" wow ok thank u for being ugly about it. I had to return again because they had no spoons and I even checked the cabinet myself. I annoyed them for asking for a spoon, I was asked " DO U NEED A SPOON?" yep sure did thats why u ask for one. Took a 3rd guy that told these 2 guys to help me and go get me 2 spoons, he apologized for how they didnt help me. Im sorry but ur employees are rude! Good Luck whoever needs to eat. They act like ur bothering them. Sad tbh

As a former General Manager for Chipotle, I was genuinely disappointed by the level of customer service during our visit Saturday evening around 7:30 PM. While in line, we observed the employee preparing food—an older Hispanic woman—speaking very abruptly and dismissively to the guest ahead of us. Unfortunately, that same tone carried over when she assisted my husband. When he didn’t hear her ask whether he wanted white or brown rice and politely said “ma’am?”, she responded loudly and sternly, “WHITE or BROWN rice?!” After finishing his burrito, she pushed it down the counter with enough force that it hit the register, which came across as unnecessarily aggressive. When it was my turn, I asked for guacamole. The pan on the line was empty, and instead of checking for more or offering an alternative, I was simply told they were out. After we sat down, I then heard her call for more guacamole from the back. At that point, it would have been appropriate to communicate that more was available or offer it on the side—this felt like a lack of effort or attention to the guest experience. Beyond that interaction, the dining area itself needed attention. The floors appeared unswept, and the trash was overflowing, which is concerning given there were multiple employees on shift. I can understand the pressures of a busy service, but professionalism and basic hospitality standards should still be maintained. I do want to note that the rest of the staff we encountered were polite and provided good service. However, this particular interaction significantly impacted our experience and does not reflect the standards I know Chipotle aims to uphold.

Been to this facility a lot of times due to my family wanting nothing but Chipotle for lunch and dinner. They always get double protein in a bowl, queso, chips and a drink. Same thing everytime!

Do not order for online pickup. They will charge you for double meat and queso, Then give you a half empty bowl, with less than a single serving of meat and no queso. This has been a repeat issue with both locations in this town. Sadly, im done with Chipotle in this town.
