Food was good but chips were stale (says made fresh daily on bag 😂) i ask for a side of salsa for my chips and it was not salsa, it was some kind of sauce for pouring over food; the girl who made our bowls was very friendly but person who checked us out was not at all. It wasn’t busy at all, just a few people but none of the tables were clean; there was no ice, the tea was low and counter was not clean. I did not attempt to go to the bathrooms. There were at least 3 people working that I could see but seemed to be busy doing not much of anything. I don’t understand why an owner and managers would not be training these employees better and expecting them to be better. This was the 2nd time we had been there and the 1st time was pretty much the same. We will not be coming back.

Very disappointing customer service experience at this Chipotle location. My wife and I stopped here and experienced rude and unprofessional behavior from an older 'Hispanic' female employee. What makes this even more concerning is that the manager on duty told me there had been other complaints about this same employee. After looking at the reviews for this location, I can see that our experience does not appear to be an isolated incident. This restaurant currently has an overall rating of around 2.6 stars, along with many one-star reviews describing poor customer service and negative experiences. I also found a review from about four months ago describing an encounter with an “older Hispanic” female employee that sounded very similar to what my wife and I experienced. I cannot confirm that it was the exact same employee, but the description and behavior were very similar. When the same types of complaints continue and the overall rating remains this low, it raises concerns not only about the employees but also about how management is handling these ongoing problems. Chipotle should take a serious look at both the customer service and management at this location, including the general manager, since it appears this same employee continues to behave in a way that shows little to no concern for her own reputation or for the reputation of Chipotle. Customers should not have to expect rude treatment when they are simply trying to order a meal.

Yea.. the red-headed girl at the pick up station was lowkey rude. I came up to the window, said my name, and she tells me someone stole my food so she has to remake it. Leaves with an attitude. Comes back, and hands me my food and says I have to go inside next time with an attitude. No greeting, no goodbye, no thank you. For the record, I didn’t know ordering for myself for pick up on DD meant I had to go inside, there’s no reason to act like that…, and I was under the assumption that the drive through lane was for digital pick up orders. Note taken for next time, thanks for letting me know, but you could work on your delivery of the message. Also, It’s not my fault someone stole my food, I showed my order details. Isn’t that on chipotle to check the credentials of the food they give to customers?? I get having bad days, but I don’t think I did anything too crazy to warrant that attitude 🙂 Customers don’t know everything, and I never acted like I did. Maybe repeating that statement so many times can get irritating, but you’re dealing with different people. You work in the service industry :D. I did too, and I didn’t act like that… I would avoid this place.. go to the south side, it’s better :)

I come here often bc it’s close to my school. However 90% of the time my bowl looks like this. Half empty. I usually don’t do reviews but this is a common issue both through online and in person pick up. If I’m paying for a full bowl, why am I getting half a bowl? I shouldn’t be able to see the bottom of my bowl.

At some point, you have to actually stock the menu I genuinely don't understand how a Chipotle can be this unprepared during dinner hours. I tried to order a bowl and they were out of chicken, steak, and fajita vegetables. The app also showed the Chipotle Honey Chicken unavailable. Fine — I switched to barbacoa. Then I discovered I couldn't even order an additional side of barbacoa because apparently that isn't offered as an extra protein cup. So at a restaurant whose entire concept is essentially pick a protein, rice, beans, vegetables, and toppings, multiple primary proteins and the fajita vegetables were unavailable at the same time. The app then helpfully suggested I “complete my order” with chips, chips and guacamole, or a Coke. I wasn't looking for chips. I was looking for the ingredients that are supposed to be on your menu. Then checkout asked me to tip the crew that prepared my severely compromised $17.54 pickup order. I'm not blaming an individual employee for inventory problems, because that's almost certainly a management/operations issue. But customers shouldn't be paying full price while assembling dinner from whatever ingredients happen to remain in the building. I already preferred Moe's before this. After this experience, I won't be returning to Chipotle. If you're considering this location, check the app before driving over. Based on my experience, the menu and the inventory are two very different things.
