- KLKimberly Lay5 days ago3.0Rice was hard. They charge you for the new cilantro dressing but the price is not listed on the menu and they don’t tell you when ordering that it’s extra. The dressing was also pretty bad. It doesn’t have a flavor. It tastes like watered down house dressing with a splash of jalapeño. I also would have appreciated they tell us there was a $5 charge for the “side” that my son asked for. But of course, no mention of that either until I got my receipt and I asked about the extra charge on my bill.

Restaurant is full of people who have placed orders online and are waiting while cash patrons fly thru. Only one staff member is making the online orders and the others are just standing around. They even forgot our guacamole.

My order contained chicken so I asked him if my order was affected after he handed it to me because of what the sign said and he said "we don't have Barbacoa or sofritas. It's fine" and I said "oh it says no chicken" and he replied with "girl idk just take the order." When I got home, there was 3 pieces of chicken and the bowl was only half full. This is ridiculous. Cancel the order if you can't make it properly
