- BBBrandon Brooks4 days ago4.0I had to ask for some stuff that should have come with my order, but the food was still delicious. Kaylee was super sweet, and she helped fix the mistakes with a smile on her face. Also, I would suggest moving the swear jar away from the view of guests. I understand it's for the employees, but it's a bad look for a family-oriented place like Chick-fil-A.

WHY do they not have workers out there when it's that busy? There should be workers out there until 9 at least! People in the drive thru were raging. What a horrible end to the day. So disappointed.

I have noticed before that on delivery orders, there are missing or incomplete orders that get delivered. This location also needs updated as the traffic is not good and always gets backed up

I went in and they were extremely busy I waited for about ten minutes and after seeing our name on ready board I was like great it’s almost done. Then after waiting a few minutes more our name was gone off the ready board so I asked I explained to a nice girl that I had been waiting for my order, then the shift leader, Juan, came up and I explained the situation and he could not find our order in their system so I called my husband and got the order number from him told the shift leader what it was and explained I had been waiting and then he told me if I was going to be rude he was not going to help me….at this point I was shocked. Not only was the experience a bit frustrating I was called rude…. My husband who was on the phone was shocked and began instructing me to get the general managers name and contact number…. He was shocked as well. Do better chic fil a of Abilene. This establishment is the farthest from godly.
