  Waited at least 10-15 min before our waitress come over and took our drink order 20 min went by and just barely getting our drinks and a few min later our appetizer came. She took our food order and it was over an hour before the food came with in the hour she only checked on us 1 time. We had to ask someone else for drink and chip refills and she told our waitress and still 10 min went by before she even brought us our drinks and asked again for more chips.

  Everything was great but the waiter kept forgetting things and leaving us with no drinks for a long time. When he did bring them he was very apologetic and didn't make excuses for it.

  Our server Brandy was absolutely delightful she made our dining so easy and comfortable she recommended several items I would of never thought to try! Will be back to see her :)

  I hate to leave negative reviews, but our experience today at Buffalo Wild Wings was quite disappointing. We waited 30 minutes to be seated after being told the wait time was 5 minutes. It took 15 minutes to get all of our drinks after ordering them, and after ordering our food, we waited 50 minutes to be served. During those 50 minutes, our waitress did not stop at our table once. When we finally received our food, everything was cold, the portions were much smaller than normal, and nothing tasted great. We ordered a dessert that our waitress forgot about, so we just had it removed from our tab. Further, I was charged for additional things in my meal that I did not order. Our waitress did not come back to our table, so we ended up paying for it and left. We were in the restaurant for 2.5 hours. They also made us aware that they were out of ice, cups, and silverware, and it was absolutely frigid. Needless to say, I and the others in my party likely won’t be visiting again for a while.

  I visited for the second time and was not disappointed! Amelie is a wonderful waitress and fun to interact with! She brings a unique personality to serving, a laugh to your eyes, and easy conversation. I got the bone in wings with the Honey Garlic sauce. One wing had a couple feathers still in it, aside from that, it was fantastic. The chicken was tender and juicy while the skin was crunchy. The sauce had a sweet garlic flavor with a mild punch to it, quite pleasant.
