  WOULD LEAVE ZERO stars if i could, my mom and sisters went to this location and it’s my sisters first time going. they’re looking at the menu trying to see what they want and the workers who are teenagers obviously because adults shouldn’t act the way they did. told my mom and them to go park in a parking spot and then get back in line once they know what they want?? excuse me but i’ve been before and looked at the menu and was never treated this way while in line! my mom and them are paying customers also , why should they have to move just because they’re taking a couple seconds to look at the menu? this is ridiculous 7 brew, been to multiple locations even in fort worth and never got treated this way.

  I will not be coming back. They get the drink right maybe 30% of the time. Today I ordered a latte and they gave me steamed milk without espresso.

  My spouse and I used to love 7 brew, but lately we've getting both our orders wrong and some of the girls will literally peek their head into our vehicle to take our order. My partner has gotten really uncomfortable the last few times we been here because the person who took our order was way too close to his face. On top of that, today when I got my order wrong, AGAIN, I tried to say something about my drink and I wasn't offered a remake. I was stared at awkwardly. I used to work at a coffee shop and I know that we would remake drinks if they weren't correct. I also wouldn't almost be touching the person I was helping. We used to love 7 brew, but maybe it's time for a change.
