  It's just a 1 it use to be a 10 but now it's a 1. Burgers are so small you just taste them with the bun you don't actually see the beef patty anymore. The service just sucks at any McDonald's.

  I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald’s drive-thru on 4/3/26 around 12:37 PM. I ordered three Hendrix meals and initially didn’t realize they came with drinks. When I got to the window, I asked the employee if the meals included drinks, and she confirmed they did. I then politely asked if I could still receive the drinks. The employee immediately seemed annoyed, she rolled her eyes, shut the window, and didn’t communicate with me. When she came back with the drinks, I let her know that her behavior felt rude. She responded by rolling her eyes again and closing the window. I waited to speak with someone about the situation, but she turned her back and never came back to the window. I ended up calling the store just to report the experience because there was no opportunity to resolve it in person. Customer service matters, especially in simple situations like this. I would have even considered asking for a refund if someone had come back to address the issue, but I was completely ignored.

  Patient, calm and fast. How they worked together and directed vehicles to wait for orders were different than usual here BUT made me feel ok to wait vs waiting in line. Much appreciated rolling up to order, pay and wait for food seemed very streamlined and faster than keeping everyone in one line. Loved this! And once again absolutely loved the food !!!!

  The Restaurant was very cold. Had to wear a jacket while eating and it was still cold. Food was ok
