I never leave reviews, but this Taco Bell drive thru honestly deserves one. The service was amazing from the second I pulled up. The employee taking my order was super patient, friendly, and actually sounded happy to help, which you don’t see often anymore. My food came out FAST, everything was fresh, hot, and made perfectly — they didn’t miss a single thing in my order. Even during a busy rush, the staff still had positive attitudes and made the experience feel welcoming. This was genuinely one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. Whoever was working tonight deserves recognition because they absolutely killed it. 10/10 service and food.

I normally don’t post stuff like this, but I’m honestly shocked by how I was treated at Taco Bell on 41st today (in front of the Home store).
This morning I got breakfast and after a couple bites of my Crunchwrap, I noticed mold in the eggs. There were multiple spots of it and I immediately stopped eating, threw the food away, and contacted the store right away. They told me to come back later for a refund.
When I finally made it back around 2:15, instead of simply refunding me for the $8 meal, I was argued with for 30 to 45 minutes while holding my son and already running late to pick up my kids.
One employee kept insisting the eggs “weren’t moldy,” while another employee walked up chuckling and said, “And you’re the only one that complained about it.” I have multiple photos from different angles showing the mold. I wasn’t trying to cause problems. I literally took two bites, spit it out, and just wanted my refund.
Then the employee called the general manager, who also questioned me because I didn’t bring the moldy food back hours later. After that, they told me they needed my full name, phone number, address, email, AND a copy of my ID for an “internal investigation.” At that point I just wanted to leave, so I gave the information because I felt pressured and just wanted my refund.
After all of that, they finally refunded me and then tried sending me out without a refund receipt until I asked for one.
What really bothered me most wasn’t even the mold at that point. Mistakes happen. It was the way I was treated: argued with, laughed at, pressured into giving personal information, and then refused even the employees’ or general manager’s names when I called back afterward asking who I had spoken to.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. If you eat at this Taco Bell, please double check your food. And I also already contacted corporate.
