  Good food but has a bad habit of missing items through doordash and unable to recieve refunds through the store for the missing items you paid for

  Ordering was easy on the app, food was brought out to the car quickly, food was mostly warm (back at home) and tasty, and price was about average. About a 3.75-ish star experience overall brought down to a 3 because of a missing french fry and mislabeled burger.

  Overall not very impressed with my experience. When we paid at the drive up they tried to say we didnt pay when it did on our end. Ultimately the burgers we ordered were super sloppy and poorly made. The fries were decent and thats about it. Also when we were ready to order the guy on the headset got annoyed and sighed loudly like we were an inconvenience to him. And the server that came out did not great us nicely either. If you want sonic I advise going down south. Unfortunately the sonic here just doesn't have that southern vibe.

  Got charged for the wrong order when asked to just get the right food that i initially wanted vs just making the correct food that was ordered they decided to refund it I guess even though there was no communication what their intentions could of saved everyone the 20 mins sitting there clueless of why it was taking so long to just get the food I wanted cause it was literally they same price basically but nope sat 20 mins to just be told I’m being recharged for it just to have them yet mess up on my food and not give me everything…then to look at my charges to find out that one card was charged 2x cause apparently it wasn’t working and another 1x like seriously $50 for a meal that wasn’t even made right at that🙄
