  No cheese, only pickle, mayo, mustard, ketchup. So sorry to inconvenience you, when no fast food joint knows how to melt cheese on a cheeseburger, to which I get physically sick. And I'm running late to work, I need a quick bite, didn't want the other veggies.

  Everyone was very understanding about me not being able to hear through the speakers but the price of the drinks was over priced for what I actually received, it was disappointing

  I am a normal customer, have been coming here for years. I ordered mobile pick up at stall 6, told us it was going to be ready at 6:26, but it was not ready till 6:44. After that we made sure everything we got was there, but our drink was not made correctly. I pressed the red button and told them the situation, and they got all rude and told me that that's what they received on the order ticket, but I have an order receipt that says "add nerds with no ice" and I got no nerd with ice. I know it's just a drink, but when I pay for a service, I expect my service to be decent. Not to get told that they can't fix it or that it's a 3rd party app issue. If that's so, don't be using it if you can't fix it and don't be rude about it.

  Took a long time for 2 cream slushies. When they finally came out she said raspberry. I told her we didn't order raspberry. I ordered zero sugar blackberry. She said yeah that's right. I want convinced I had the right flavor and I was right. It was white, no color. No flavor at all.

  Got a cookie dough blast, barely any cookie dough, pretty much jus icecream. U would think for almost 8 dollars and was only filled half way , smh please do better for them prices. Says its blended wit the cookie dough and then cookie dough added , false advertising is not good!
