  Very clean. Great food options, fresh and frequently refilled. Always wonderful, friendly service with a smile. One of our favorite places to eat!

  This is our favorite buffet stop! The pizza is hot fresh salads are fresh lots of variety,and the staff is hard working and friendly. We go all the time.

  Did you know- they charge weekend pricing starting on Thursday? The pizza was decent ( nothing special) the dessert cookie was great! But the fried chicken (the reason I decided to go to pizza ranch) came out WAY overcooked! I got it the minute they set it out and it was very dry (tasted like chicken jerkey) I can't imagine what it'll be like after it's been sitting under the heat lamps for awhile? People that are coming in today for lunch (around noon) let us know how the fried chicken is at that time!

  I had a very embarrassing experience at Pizza Ranch that I feel needs to be addressed. My mom paid for both of our meals, and while I was getting food from the buffet, an older female manager with brown hair and glasses stopped me and asked if I was going to pay for my food. I politely explained that my mom had already paid for me, but instead of checking first, she told me, “Your mom did not.” She then went over to my mom to verify the payment, and, as it turned out, my mom had in fact already paid for my meal. This entire interaction happened in front of other customers, and it was embarrassing enough that another customer came up to me afterward and commented on how inappropriate the situation was. I understand that restaurants have to watch for people who try to eat without paying. However, that does not justify publicly accusing a paying customer before taking a moment to verify the facts. A simple check of the receipt, asking the cashier, or quietly confirming with my mom would have prevented this entire situation. I spoke with another manager afterward, and he apologized and explained that they sometimes have people who try to eat without paying. While I appreciate the apology, I don’t believe that’s an excuse for how this was handled. Policies to prevent theft are important, but they should be carried out respectfully and professionally. I hope this review encourages management to train staff to verify payment before confronting customers in front of others. No paying customer should have to experience that kind of public embarrassment.

  Such a RACIST location! Live near by so it a location i come to frequently. THERESA made a racist remark!! as paying to eat she asked "what kind of dough?" After placing a special request. Since I was confused at the question I asked back "what dough?" And she's like yeah! You know MASA?! (Her saying dough in spanish) I was like WTH lady! (In my head) she sees we are communicating in English and English is not the problem here!! Confused and told her, normally I get asked what kind of crust and that's it!! And so I asked for a supervisor once I sat down and so it happens Theresa it is a SUPERVISOR but a racist one! So I gave her own feedback about what a racist remark she made and told her to get me someone ABOVE her! And a big guy in a blue shirt uniform comes and asks whats going on. While explaining him everything that happened about one of the employees making a racist remark he ABSOLUTELY DIDN'T CARE! the whole conversation he kept smiling!! And saying okay! And once sharing my concern he asked "is that all?" Said yes that was all, and all he had to say was okay! Thank you! And walked away!! Did not care and obviously because it was 2 white workers against one hispanic woman. Never have I experience this at any other location. I dont recommend this location to people of different race!!
