- GSGrace SanchezApr 30, 20265.0Had to place a huge order on the kiosk because there's literally no one at the front to take the order. Then when requesting a cup they were rude- especially the girl with red hair and red Nike hoodie. The whole Panera is dirty and disorganized.

Eventually I just asked if I could just get my order and pay again. Now im waiting to handle it with my credit card. I was very surprised at how dismissive they were towards me. This was my 1st and last time there. Shame on the staff and really on the mgr who could not have cared less and actually just walked away.

- MMMsShannabApr 9, 20262.0I say this with empathy, but the woman at the drive-thru is very, very slow moving around and should maybe be in a different position with less pressure and time demand bc people are trying to get in ans out quickly. It may be health or body aches, but there is no hustle in this woman at all. Also, she completely ignores the people at the window. I wasn't greeted or even given eye contact. Nobody came to the window at all after I ordered from the speaker until after I'd waited around 10 minutes. Then, she came to the window, said my total and absolutely no other words, and walked away. When she handed me my bag, she said nothing. I said thank you, and she closed the window. I also wasn't offered a receipt. I'm missing an item and I have called three times for a refund, but nobody answered the phone and eventually it just hangs up on you after ringing for so long. I don't live in this city, I can't come in later to get a refund. Please address this and let me know how I can reach someone.
