Today though: I got a small to-go order that took longer than it should have and the staff and employees immediately remedied The situation. They made me feel seen and heard: they apologized and reassured me better service in the future. That is how you do good business and they will continue to receive mine.

We had 5 people on Mother's day and even though it was crazy busy, he made us feel like we were the only table there. Our table neighbors looked like they felt the same. Great job! We all had steaks and they were cooked perfectly. A solid win all around!

The bartender on duty spilled oil on my pants, which was already unfortunate. Beyond that, she seemed rushed and not very engaged with customers. Whether it was just a bad night or her personality, I’m not sure—but the vibe came across as though she was doing us a favor by being there. If I were working the bar, I’d aim to be a bit more upbeat and friendly. A little warmth goes a long way in that job. Have a beautiful life.

We are not the only ones visually upset about this because there’s tables open!! Hard to enjoy dinner when your pissed before you get a drink.
