  Literally the slowest I've ever seen someone move. This blonde girl behind the counter is WORTHLESS. all she does is walk around in circles huffing and puffing. Girl if you can't make it work here. Good luck in the real world 😂 Will never come back here again due to her

  I placed my order through the McDonald’s app for drive-thru pickup, and when we arrived around 10:20 AM, both drive-thru lanes were completely blocked off with traffic cones. The lobby doors also had faded papers taped up that were barely readable, but appeared to say “lobby closed.” At that point, we were already frustrated because our food had already been paid for in advance. My fiancé ended up moving one of the cones himself just so we could enter the drive-thru lane. We were briefly greeted on the headset, then the employee disappeared and never responded again. When we pulled up to the window, we were greeted by a girl who honestly looked about 12 years old and seemed completely unaware of what was going on. I gave her our pickup code, and she looked confused. When I mentioned the cones blocking the drive-thru outside, she responded with, “Like ice cream cones?” To make matters worse, there didn’t appear to be any manager or supervisor around at all. The entire situation felt unorganized and chaotic, and no one seemed to know what was happening. I understand mornings can get hectic, but better communication, clearer signage, and actual leadership on shift would’ve made a huge difference. Very disappointed with this visit.

  The fries were old, stood at the counter for 5 mins not a single person bothered to help, got stared at, 4 people walked past me. Not a single worker in this place said a work, no “welcome in” or “enjoy your meal” “have a nice day” overall it’s McDonald’s is gonna taste the same. But 0 customer service

  Went there late night for a late supper. Ordered on the app and it said to go thru the drive thru. I pulled up to the window and gave them my code and the girl told me to pull thru to the second window. I stopped at the first window to try and get a receipt for work and the girl acted like I was stupid for bothering her and I went to window 2 without my receipt. I got to window 2 and they tried giving me the wrong order and i sat at the window for a good while while the attendant was able to track down my order before he had me pull up to a waiting spot where I sat for almost 30 minutes. I got to my hotel and the order was wrong. Like way off wrong. I was tired and beyond frustrated so we made due, but this place sucks.

  Waited for 5 mins at the front counter no one helped or even acknowledged me. So I decide to place a mobile order. Took longer than expected. I had to ask for a drink holder and the little girl working had an attitude for no reason. I asked the supervisor why no one helps the front counter he said customers are only supposed to use the kiosks. So they can't take cash apparently. And while I was placing a mobile order people were coming in and they were helping them no problem. Overall the service was rude and my experience there was terrible.
