  Ordered one sandwhich in the drive through at 7pm on a Saturday night. There were two cars ahead of me. Both had already ordered and were at the window waiting. From the time I ordered, to me getting my sandwhich took 15 min. Not sure what the hold up was but there was no apology for the long wait or anything. I was in a rush and thought this would be a quick option. Once I finally got the sandwhich, the bread was hard and tasted day old.

  We stopped at this location to grab a quick lunch. I was trying to use my mobile app because it had a meal deal on it. I was not able to checkout. Went into the store and explained what was happening, they tried to to do the same on my phone, no luck. The manager (Jason?) came over, I explained what was happening and he took my order. Gave me the meal deal also. Do to dietary restrictions I get the unwich and he made it right then all the way so that no cross contamination happened. So pleased with their customer service. Thank you.

  JJ BLT sandwich, and 2 #16 sandwiches. This place was CRAZY busy. Wow. Never saw staff move so quickly. Lots of people standing in line to order and pick up food. But the Hussle was evident and they were really fast! Kudos to the guy who had a loud voice... U could hear the orders when they were ready so u could get it and leave. He was very aware of everyone's orders.. and gave that personal attention to small details. Would go there again in a heartbeat! Food was delicious.
