For the extra cost I paid, i was very disappointed. I was hungry and I ate it the way it was. Too many staff members standing around. I went through the drive-through.

From the time I ordered, to me getting my sandwhich took 15 min. Not sure what the hold up was but there was no apology for the long wait or anything. I was in a rush and thought this would be a quick option. Once I finally got the sandwhich, the bread was hard and tasted day old.

Went into the store and explained what was happening, they tried to to do the same on my phone, no luck. The manager (Jason?) came over, I explained what was happening and he took my order. Gave me the meal deal also. Do to dietary restrictions I get the unwich and he made it right then all the way so that no cross contamination happened. So pleased with their customer service. Thank you.
