This D&Bs is a bummer compared to the two I've been to in Minnesota. The connect 4 basketball game doesn't work. A couple of the basketball games next to that don't work. One of the UFC games doesn't work. You don't find any of this out until AFTER you've swiped your card. This D&Bs isn't cared for like the other ones and it shows. Also when this is replied to I will not go to your website to fill out a further survey.

Great place for a family get together for grandkids and family. Food is better than most chain dining establishments and you get to walk around and play in the arcade after dinner. Machines make noise but you can still have a conversation with those in your group. Best part, no one has to clean up after!

Winning the jackpot was easy. Getting the tickets credited? That was the real challenge. If negative stars were an option, I’d give this place a solid ⭐ -5 — and I’d double-check that they actually got credited. Unfortunately, this was one of the most frustrating arcade experiences I've had, and the problems kept piling up. First, a number of our ticket winnings simply weren't being added to our game card. I caught it after winning 1,000 tickets on the Star Wars Mandalorian game, and then it happened again on the Guardians of the Galaxy game. Thankfully, I had taken videos showing the wins, so staff were able to credit the missing tickets. But that immediately raised another question: How many tickets had we already won that never made it onto the card before I noticed? Staff transferred us to a new card, but the problem continued. Then came the Star Trek coin-pusher game. There was a large stack of collectible cards sitting right along the edge, so we continued playing. Eventually, the coins stopped dispensing properly. I called over a game technician, who said the machine had run out of coins. He opened the machine, cleared a large amount of the coins off the playing field, and rearranged the cards across the edge. This left huge empty spaces between the remaining tokens and significantly changed the board we had been playing. Even worse, it didn't fix the problem. The employee then walked away without saying anything and never returned. I had already put about 60 tokens into the game. Then came the biggest frustration. As shown directly on the Star Trek machine, the sign states: “Each card is worth 100 tickets.” That advertised value was one of the reasons we spent as much as we did playing the game. When we went to redeem the cards, however, the employee at the ticket counter told us they had recently changed the value from 100 tickets per card to 50, but they simply hadn't gotten around to changing the sign on the machine yet. That is a major problem. Customers should be able to rely on the ticket values displayed on the games when deciding where to spend their credits. Changing the redemption value while leaving the old value prominently advertised on the machine is not something customers should discover only after they've already spent their money. Between missing ticket credits, the same issue continuing after switching cards, losing tokens on a malfunctioning machine, a technician walking away without resolving the problem, and advertised redemption values not matching what the counter would honor, this visit was extremely disappointing. Fun, an arcade should be. Keeping track of whether your winnings actually credited and whether the posted ticket values will be honored should not be part of the game.

Came on a random night to play some games and half of the machines were out of order and not clearly signed that they were out of order, and multiple games took credit but didn't work after the fact. On top of being let down by the games, I used the restroom and the floor was sticky (in the stall! 🤢) and the sink had clearly not been cleaned out as there was a line of wet brown/gray stuff lining the edge. Neither of the paper towel dispensers worked, so I had to air dry my hands. It definitely felt like there wasn't enough staff to do everything.
