- KSKari Slieter2 days ago2.0The staff was not paying attention to the customers at the counter and when they did help a customer it was one order at a time. Their Cashier was off at 6 and made a point of saying that and then just left even though there were several groups of people including my parents and my son and I waiting to place orders for food. They helped my parents and then left. And someone was supposed to take over for him they acknowledged that they would be with us and then continue to work on other things my son and I still there for 10 minutes before one of them finally decided to come help us. Then we almost ended up with two servings of our food as they did not communicate that our food had been brought out. All three of the associates working were goofing off and not really caring about what they were doing and they didn't seem to be a manager in the building. It will be a long time before we go to that location again.

We have asked for chocolate ice cream substitute and every single time they respond they don't have chocolate ice cream. I must not be in the loop but what ice cream establishment does not have chocolate ice cream? It just seems to me no one cares in that place, and it shows!

- BFBear FutureApr 12, 20261.0Sat in the drive through for 26 minutes waiting on 2 cheese burger, when I got my food it was refrigerator cold, let’s at least pretend people pay money for this frozen trash, not coming back here any more, waste on time and the food is servers still frozen.
