Overall we had a good experience here. The staff were friendly although they only had one register open inside and it took a little bit to order. The food was good and was brought to our table shortly after ordering. This is a nice new facility and fairly clean. The food was a good value.

This place hires the worst people ever. I stood in line for 15 minutes and no one even greeted me. What the hell kind of service is this?

I was there to pick up a doordash order which was only one small blizzard is barely even busy. The kids are throwing stuff around in the kitchen and messing around. The only one who actually tried was the girl with pink hair. She noticed I was waiting and came and asked me what my doordash was. Horrible customer service. My total wait time for that one blizzard was literally 28 minutes

We like to support our local businesses as much as possible. Unfortunately, we can no longer support this one. After repeated chances that we have given this DQ, they continue to let us down with service, incorrect orders, hospitality and food quality. Our money is better valued at other establishments. If you are thinking to visit this Dairy Queen tonight, please think again!

My husband ordered a #3 with onion rings. The kid behind the counter said it comes with onion rings. We thought this was strange because onion rings have always been an upgraded side but said ok. Our order comes out and the kid behind the counter places our to-go food items individually on the counter and walks away. We had to get his attention again and ask for a bag for our to-go order. Then my husband realizes there are fries on the counter with his sandwich and not the onion rings he ordered. When questioned, the kid that took our order said the #3 has an onion ring on the sandwich so he thought that’s what my husband meant. I feel like this shouldn’t have to be said but if you work fast food and someone orders a meal with onion rings, it should be very obvious to you that they are asking for onion rings for their side rather than fries. Another kid who actually seemed to know what he was doing, initially, comes up to help. I explained our situation and I asked if we could pay the difference for the upgrade and get the onion rings we ordered. He said it would be $4.59 for the onions rings. We would have to buy a separate stand alone order of onion rings and not be able to just pay the price difference if they had come with the meal. If your cashier takes down the order wrong, you should just replace the fries. No charge. Period. If that’s not an option, at least allow the customer an exception to just pay what they would have if your cashier had not messed up the order. Why would you make your customer pay more to correct an error your cashier made? My husband didn’t want to pay that much more and was honestly over this whole interaction at this point so we got the bag we had to ask for, bagged our food, and left. We get home to find out the two hamburgers I ordered were cheese burgers. I should have checked the food before we left as soon as they messed up my husbands order but gave them the benefit of the doubt as we usually go to the 57th St location and they have never once messed this up for me. I just assumed I would get the same level of service at all locations. I was wrong. I can’t eat cheese so I can’t eat my food. My husbands meal is not what he wanted and mine is completely inedible. When I called the store, the only options to correct their error is to go back to the store for them to remake it or they can take my name down and they’ll remake my order on a different day. These options are absolute garbage because I am the one who has to put forth extra effort just to get the food I should have received the first time I was there. I’m sorry because I know these are just high school kids working but if you cannot take down two simple orders correctly or know that a to-go order requires a bag then maybe fast food isn’t the right option for you just yet. This is a huge inconvenience for us, a waste of our money, and we will not be back.
