- RIRoberta IrionMay 13, 20263.0Had a mobile order; had to wait 10 to 20 minutes as I was in line in the drive-through. By the time I got my food, my french fries were stone cold. Nothing like cold french fries. Also got a chili cheese dog that most of the cheese was all over the box and not on the dog. I’ll think twice about going to this DQ again..

Our blizzards were totally melted when given to us (not flipped). Did not say hello when we ordered. All the tables were filthy and cups with sharpie were used for orders. Love DQ but would NOT recommend coming here ever!
