- EEEric6 days ago4.0Good value, and taste. New lime chipotle chips are blan. No real flavor there at all. Tried them plane and with guacamole. Chicken bowl was really good. Id stick with the normal chips next time.

More than once I have gotten an order from these folks with missing items or totally wrong items. I've ordered a steak burrito and gotten some random chicken and corn salsa burrito. I've ordered a quesadilla which was served cold (it appeared they "forgot" to heat it, the cheese wasn't even melted), I've had chips forgotten, salsa forgotten, queso forgotten, etc etc. Contacting their location or through their app yields no results. Tonight's order was (what I thought) pretty simple. 1x burrito 1x chips and salsa Somehow, they forgot to put the chips in my order, but included the salsa. I drove back, with my bag and receipt, went through the chipotlane and told the worker running the window what happened. She just stammered and muttered she couldn't help me and I had to use the website to log a complaint. Absolute rubbish, but I guess that's what happens when you let a bunch uninterested lazy twenty somethings run the show.
