I also noticed after other people left they made no effort to wipe down the recently used tables, but stood around doing nothing but stand behind the cash register. Seems like more training is needed.

We stopped at this location while driving through on vacation, and while the food was exactly what I expected, the customer service unfortunately fell short of the Chick-fil-A standard I’ve come to know. After our food was delivered to our table, we asked for another straw. The employee simply pointed across the dining room and said, “There’s some over there.” It wasn’t necessarily rude, but it lacked the hospitality and willingness to help that usually sets Chick-fil-A apart. Later, we asked if we could have a to-go bag and a cup of ice so we could keep a salad cold during the remaining five hours of our road trip. I realize it’s not an everyday request, but we’ve never had an issue with similar requests at other Chick-fil-A locations or restaurants. Instead of trying to find a solution, the employees seemed reluctant to help. Again, the food was great, but the experience didn’t reflect the level of service I’ve come to expect from this brand. I know staffing challenges are affecting many businesses, but this felt more like a training and customer service issue than anything else. I hope this location can recapture the friendly, proactive service that makes Chick-fil-A stand out.
