  What an amazing experience my husband and I had for lunch. Cecilia was our waitress and she was kind and attentive. The food was perfect, they have Mexican coke and jarritos, and the portions were perfect for our lunch. We are so happy to find a spot that is flavorful. We can’t wait to come back to try the guacamole and the home made churros! Thank you Cecilia!!

  Liked the upscale feel of this new restaurant. Our server was patient and attentive. The guacamole was plentiful for all 3 of us. Our meals were tasty but served suspiciously fast. As in, items that should have been hot, like rice and beans and an entree, were cool in the center. Maybe prepped and chilled in advance? They were not busy so I think it is just a learning curve. But I am glad to see a venue like this on our west side. Thanks for taking the chance on us!

  It's got a good vibe and great staff, but it's a bit pricey for what you get. Like, $11 for guac they asked if we wanted, and I thought it was free, not extra. Anyway, I eat a lot of Mexican food, being Mexican, and it was good, from the fresh, delicious guac made right in front of you, to the fresh corn tortillas. But my Carne Asada was bland and tasted like burnt charcoal, though the rice and beans were good. So it's kind of a gamble, but for just my wife and me at almost $120, I think there are better spots in the city.

  Went here with my spouse after their soft opening, walking in there is a hostess/host to seat you. Everyone is friendly and engaging. The restaurant it's self has so much room to be away from other patrons. FOOD: Yummy! Best street tacos hands down, corn tortillas seemed homemade, picked onions and jalapenos were delicious on top carnitas tacos. The carnitas and el pastor were so tender and definitely marinated. Rice and beans are on point. Beans do have onion served in them. Salsas we're really good too. There is a person waking around with a guacamole cart, to make you fresh guacamole so be sure to bring cash for some tip for that person also. For dessert CHURROS with vanilla ice cream. So good!

  We had the BEST first experience at Aruma!! From the second we walked in the door, we were greeted with so much joy and kindness. It instantly made our family feel welcomed and cared for! The fresh guacamole was absolutely incredible, and the chips and salsa were SO good too! Every single thing we ordered came out super fast and was delicious. The menu has so many amazing options, and the service was prompt, friendly, and attentive the entire time. We are a family of 12, and they were beyond accommodating with all of our kids, which means so much to us! Everyone was patient, kind, and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. Such an incredible first visit and we will absolutely be back again!! Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
