  Usually get the right food which is great, but be willing to waaaaaait in the drive thru line. Don't come on your lunch break because it'll be at least 40 minutes to get through the damn line. Everytime I come, it hasn't changed. Just came through today and was waiting 23 minutes to just have my order taken. I stopped coming as often because waiting just isn't worth it sometimes.

  Had crispy chicken w/fries. Very dry - even cheese slices were dry on the edges. Felt as if had been under heat light too long - fries tasted as if microwaved to reheat but were still barely lukewarm. Would not recommend.

  No dip with the French Dip sandwich.... that's the whole point of the French Dip...the dip... other than that's is a roast beef sandwich, lame.

  If you’re open until midnight, and I come by at 11:30pm, I expect to still receive fresh food. The fries were hard, and cold, and I shouldn’t have to ask for the beef to be thinly shaved. It was thick, and dark brown, and hard on the edges. I understand this is “fast food” but this is unacceptable. I’d like a refund. We ordered a beef and cheddar, a plain roast beef sandwich, & two large fries.
