  Ill admit I wanted to try bc of social media but was unimpressed. They come to your car window to take your order, which is great but they were not friendly. And when I used my card to pay, it of course asked for a tip and I took maybe a second too long to look at it, bc I wasn't sure if I should tip or not, and the worker sternly told me to answer the question on the tablet. So that pushed me to not tip. When I got the coffee it was okay. Not as good as Dutch Bros or Starbucks. And for over $7 for a medium iced is wild.

  I love coming here, but standard operating procedures need to be consistent across the board when it comes to preparing drinks. I usually only get macchiatos, and I’ve noticed a pattern recently where my order varies wildly. Sometimes I get a lot of caramel in my iced caramel macchiato, and other times I get very little to none. The ice level is also inconsistent sometimes it’s way too much, and other times barely any. Another thing I wanted to address is a pricing discrepancy on my regular order. I paid $6.43 for a small iced macchiato, and just a few days later I was charged $5.43 for the exact same drink. I really enjoy 7 Brew, but I hope consistency improves across shifts for both the drinks and the pricing.

  We were the 3rd person in line the two people in front already ordered. The lane next to us had 4 people come after us and get their drinks as well as 1 or two of the cars behind us before we received ours. (We had only ordered two drinks.) The coffee was good but it was just a really long wait, a little disorganized and the workers were okay? a bit standoffish with the customers

  I absolutely love 7 Brew and have always had great experiences at the Rapid City location, so I was excited to stop by the Sioux Falls stand after a long, hot morning of exploring. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The young man taking orders in line acted like helping customers was an inconvenience and came across as extremely rude. It completely changed the tone of the visit. A great product can bring people in the first time, but great customer service is what creates loyal customers. Experiences like this are what make me choose to support other local businesses instead. I hope this was just an off day, because I’d love to see this location provide the same friendly service I’ve come to expect from 7 Brew.
