    Unhappy with the staff not honoring the coupon that was offered. She then told us to download the app to get a 2nd coupon but do to the fact that a new account wouldn't have the offer it was a complete waste of time.

    Don't order delivery from this location. I ordered through the app and an hour after I ordered, I received a notification saying my order had been cancelled, 8 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered. I tried figuring out why and the app told me the order had been sent to the wrong location and I needed to call the store to get more information. I called and the manager there and I could barely understand anything he was saying, nor could he understand me. I tried explaining several times what had happened and he couldn't give me a direct answer other than my order was still sitting there. He told me to order through the doordash app but he couldn't refund me for my failed order. He then told me that they were having issues with deliveries and have had several complaints. Why are your delivery options on if you have had several issues? Why tell me to order through doordash if you are having these issues? I called the other location and the manager there was much more helpful and understanding. He told me that their location was having zero issues so to go ahead and order from the app from that location and he would look out for it. I did end up ordering from the other location on the app and I received my order. So now I paid for the same order twice but only received it once. I did get ahold of tropical smoothie tech support and the lady I spoke to looked into it. She told me that the delivery drive drove to the wrong location..... How? They are on complete opposite sides of town... And of course I can't take the matters to doordash because I didn't order on the doordash app. Even if I did take it to doordash, you think they are going to refund me? Probably not. I don't think I will ever order from the Elgin location again after this experience. Even if I have to drive to the complete opposite side of town for better service.

    Do not order delivery through the site or app. They use a third party and apparently cannot give you any help or do anything if something goes wrong. We ordered delivery through their site today and they were able to tell me it was still at the store. Since it was made and waiting at the store, they told me they cannot give me a refund or any contact information to get a refund since this all goes third party. I am unable to pick this up today which is why I ordered it as delivery.

    Walked in, employee just stared at me. Didn’t say hi or nothing. There was no one else but me. I waited for someone to take my order. No one said a word. It was extremely weird, never coming back to this place
