  I havent had sonic in awhile and thought it would be nice to get some and found hair in my food but other then a hair in my burger it was ok

  Horrible customer service, overpriced slop. Order got incorrect 3 times in a row all with a shit attitude. Order took 40+ minutes, not pleasant but we paid and were on a long trip. First forgot 3 items that I reiterated multiple times, made me a cold loogie burger with none of the requested toppings+ a pound of raw onion and salad dressing, mozzarella sticks were basically refrigerated string cheese with cold grease. Food caused vomiting, constipation, a full on fever. If this(as well as MANY more lighthearted reviews on similar issues) don’t tell you theres a food safety issue, go eat a raw chicken breast with mayo slathered on it sprinkled with coke and vodka. 1 STAR for the fries being at a decent temperature.(luke warm)

  We waited for almost 30 minutes for 4 drinks and a Jr burger. We also ordered a pretzel and it wasn't ever rang up and we didn't catch it because the person taking our order was very pushy for us to finish ordering. After 25 minutes we pressed the button and let them know we still havent gotten our order. They said it would be out and a few minutes later they came out. We checked and the pretzel wasn't there. We told them we didn't get it. They proceeded to go inside and came back out to show us we never ordered it. We told them we did and that it possibly wasn't rang up. After a 30 minute wait they asked us if we wanted to place an order for a $2 menu item and wait even longer. We also ordered a zero sugar limeade and it was full sugar but chose to just leave after this experience. Horrible customer service and unacceptable wait time.
