  When we walked in, there was not an employee at the counter. An employee was changing out a full garbage can and walked to the cash register. When we asked where to get drinking cups, without washing her hands, she grabbed 4 cups and placed them on the counter. This is unacceptable behavior for a food service employee.

  I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes without an employee coming to the window. Customer service was appalling inside.

  Giving a 5 star because of the guy upfront today and the food was suprising good for how busy it was...but I couldnt wait anymore for my Togo order it was getting close to 20 mins past quoted time and i had to start getting ready for work and already waited at the Togo area for no assistance so figured maybe id be able to talk with him, he had said id have to wait over at the pickup station but then I told him I might have to cancel my order bc I gotta start getting ready for work and this guy goes back there finds my order I was so thankful to not have to stand in that line again and or to not have to cancel my order, guys a keeper and deserves a raise ... the manager was very flustered and the rush got to her as it does to the best of us... one lady who was infront of me walked out bc of how flustered she was... she needs more assistance on these crazy busy days bc of everything she was doing, I know its gotta be a staffing issue but ya know what that manager did her best under the circumstances yes flustered but also every mess up, every complaint she got, it got fixed 1st priority and was busting her butt and also with how busy it was... food was great, delicious honestly! Processes and procedures are important and you can tell if the food place is crazy busy but the food is good that those are on point. Ill be back but holay molay rushmore crossing was crazy crazy busy so please give them all some grace I mean to turn left on rushmore crossing it was up by menards

  Orders are constantly incorrect, wait times are ridiculous, and staff is very rude. If this wasn’t the only Panera around I would definitely go to a different one.

  Been here a few times and regret it each time. Last time they forgot an item, this time I dined in with the wife and it was worse. Ordered simple bagles, requested cut in half. They weren't cut. No biggie, but not a tall ask. They gave us butter knives so we haphazardly sawed our bagels in half. The bagels were good. Trying to find a clean table was hard. Every table was dirty. There was only one other person dining in, and not a lot of folks in and out for togo orders, so it is not like they were dealing with a rush. I ended up cleaning one myself. My wife noticed that the bench seats behind where we were had loads of old food, dirt, and debris under them. This place probably hasn't been cleaned in a few weeks, at the very least. Staff was friendly when they spoke to us, but be prepared to use the kiosk to order your food yourself if you do not want to wait 5 minutes to be noticed at the front counter. Probably our last time here.
