  I don't really give many one-star reviews but I went in here before church and it took them over 20 minutes to get my order to me (1 bagel) because the person who ordered ahead of me had the same first name. Not only that, when I got my French toast bagel, the dude in the back obviously used a knife covered in some kind of garlic and Herb to cut my bagel because it tasted like garlic and onions. Gross

  Placed an order before the store opened. Put in pick up order for 8:20 am, almost 20 minutes in and still waiting.Have a 9:30 am meeting. Very slow staff and poor customer service. Might consider closing again. Black Hills Begels just across the street.

  I was traveling thru Rapid City after hiking and wanted to grab some lunch. It was very quiet and relaxing inside. The ham sandwich bagel with a passion fruit drink was satisfying. Took maybe 10 minutes to call my order even though it wasn't very busy. Everything was clean though and had friendly service. I'm happy I stopped here!

  Great experience. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The prices confuse me a little because some things I'd consider expensive but others cheap. But overall it's a great place.

  Service remains trash and food is still mediocre. $17 for 2 bagel sandwiches that took 25 minutes… and they forgot the mayo on the ham sandwich. The ingredients were fresh enough, but a dry bagel wasn’t very appetizing. Sat at the window for about 10 minutes before the cashier even opened it to take payment. No greeting just said our total and shoved the card reader out the window. Don’t waste your time and money here, just go across the street for BHB. No wonder they closed down… we’ll see how long they last this time around.
