This DQ has got to be the worst one in the world. I ordered a large Reese's PB Cup Blizzard and got pretty much nothing but vanilla soft serve in the cup. I can assure you that not more than one Reese's cup went into that entire container...a large! In the photo, about 1/3 of the way down, there was that one chip. Not until the very bottom was there anything else, but even then, it was meager, to say the least. You guys are cutting corners more and more and more and I can tell you right now, you will continue to lose unhappy customers. I can get my own Reese's PB cups and make my own blizzards at home and put them into REAL ice cream. We won't be back because it's getting worse and worse at your location. Quit being so cheap!

Terrible experience. I used to work at this location when I was a high schooler so I was extremely disheartened when our last experience here was so atrocious. On March 21st I decided to take my kids to get some sundaes. We originally planned on the drive thru but the line was to the road and didn't appear to be moving. Then I decided to just go inside. When getting inside the building the line was to the door. Knowing how the times works and how quickly things should move we decided to stay. There were 9 others in front of me. After about 10 minutes only one person had moved. I waited another 10 minutes with again the line barely moving; at this point I noticed a sign about the mobile app and skipping the wait. I downloaded the app and made my order, stepping out of the line. I then waited beside where they should call out orders. And I waited. And waited. We only had 3 simple sundaes, but I waited another 20 minutes. During this point I noticed the tall male teen working take his hands and scuffle them into his hair at the back of his hat then proceeded to grab and ice cream cone and fill it for a customer, super hygienic. I noted the lack of customer service and was extremely baffled how there was little to no movement of the lines, even looking at the drive thru it was very slow. I noted there were 3 people up front, and two in the kitchen; a decent staff so again was baffled why nothing was moving. Finely I was at the counter and I waited, and waited. the man next to me also a mobile order, also still waiting. Finely the teen who must not have watched any videos on handwashing was there and I stated that myself and the man next to me were mobile orders. This tall teen then huffed, shuffled (again with no motivation in his being) saying "The mobile orders are here." Then came around the corner with both our mobile orders. We had both been waiting for any inkling that our orders were ready but they had only made them and popped them into a freezer with no announcement to anyone outside. I was appalled: "So you don't call out orders? We have to ask for them?" The teen informed me yes. Perhaps if this is the practice a sign should at the VERY least be erected for people to not wait eons.
I left: I was there for an hour. Only waiting the last 30 minutes because I had mistakenly used the mobile app with the guise that it would be faster.
I can only imagine if I had been a secret shopper.
