  Use to love this place but after yesterday we will never go here again. I don't like to complain at resturaunts or ask for managers but yesterday I did and the "manager" on duty barely seemed to care about what happened. From the minute we walked in it was not pleasurable at all. The entire staff was uncaring and rude(got told multiple times they are too busy even though half the resturaunt was empty), the food was wrong and bad and when we asked for fixes or more drinks(including when they gave my child the wrong sauce on his boneless wings that burned his mouth so bad he was crying) we either could not get anyone to help us and get us more drink to help him or we got attitude about it. As a mother on mother's day there is no worse feeling than your kid in pain and not being able to get help for them when they need it. Very disappointed.

  Foods always good, its what to expect to from a BWW. Quieter than most sports bars but plenty of TVs to watch. Weve never had to wait, food always come out at a decent time. I love wings fried hard and they are always willing to accommodate. Decent selection of what kids like to eat on the kids menu and plenty of beers to chose from too.

  Trash!!! Everything Trash!! All the food could have been made in my air fryer and would have been better. By the time the food got to us everything was barely warm! I remember when the wings used to be good in size and these were tiny and I could have got the same experience from Walmarts freezer section. We paid attention to service all around and some staff was more interested in the fights then so g any type of job. We didn’t see our server much and never got asked how are food was or if we needed more drinks.

  Seriously...BWW... there were 8 of us, ended up being there 2 hours, maybe saw server 5 times (not packed or even busy). One lady had to leave after an hour and still didn't have her food. Then 3 people get there food, One guy had to send his wings back. Finally, everyone else gets there food. Me and another girl had to send ours back, not hot at all. Get them back still not hot. Asked for a box right after she handed them to me, still not warm. Talked to a manager, she offered to make them but why, it took so long for everything. I ended up getting comped but won't be back, actually don't think the whole table will be back.

  Sadly, this location can't seem to get it right. Every few months we try them again, and are generally disappointed. First, why are boneless wings almost always served lukewarm? (certainly on game days they are deep frying these well ahead...they taste like they've been under lights for a good while--even at low-peak hours....). Similar happens with bone-in wings, but maybe less often. To their credit, if you ask to get a "fresh" order, they are more than willing to help you out. Also, what's up with the wifi, guys? Was hoping to do some trivia but just signing in took 10+ minutes. I know, first world problems, but trivia at bdubs was one of life's little pleasures....
