  Gave them low to Star because they didn’t have drinks except for tea and water. The machine was out.

  I'm so grossed out right now. We were just in the dining room eating lunch. We watched, throughout the duration of the time we were sitting there, as the same employee who was taking cash payments at the register, Mel I think was her name, was the same person who was also prepping orders in the window i.e. touching boxes of food RIGHT AFTER TOUCHING cash at the register. For example we watched as she took a lady's order, too her cash and then handed her change back in cash, and then literally immediately went back to get window and proceeded to touch food boxes that were about to go out to customers - without washing or sanitizing he hands or anything. This incident in particular happened between 1245-1 PM today April 9, 2026. I don't see how this isn't a food safety violation. Just because you're short-staffed or wherever the case may be does not make it ok for the same employee to go back and forth between handling cash at the register and touching boxes that customers' food is in. Gross!!
