  Horrible customer service and snippy responses. If you’re taking orders in the lobby take your headset off to hear the customers.

  Got food poisoning right before Christmas Eve.. :( avocado was discolored.. knew I shouldn't have eaten it, ate it, paid the proce for 2 days. Spent my Christmas sick while trying to take care of my newborn.

  I’m pregnant and have always gone to Jimmy John’s throughout pregnancy and they would heat up the turkey tom, or little John Turkey tom for me in order for the deli meat to be pregnancy safe. This is the first time in 5 months I’ve ever been told “no” by the female manager. Then having to pry for any type of explanation whatsoever other than a “we don’t do that at this location”. Disappointing customer service.

  It wasn’t but about 2 minutes between walking in empty handed and I walking out with my dinner. Great staff.
