    They were training new staff making it odd to connect to the rest room. Staff were too lazy to go look at what was flavor of the month for blizzard. The 2 boys were very immature acting... Must have been new also. Should have went thru drive thru.. I asked if they had coney dogs but they didn't seem to know what that was....and felt rushed to order. Maybe would have been better to go thru drivetheu. I love dairy queen usually, but this visit in Hartford wasn't what I was expecting...

    I literally asked for a HOT FRESH meal and said I would wait because I wanted it hot. The girl taking my order said “yes we can do that for you”. I’ve gotten cold food from here before so I was perfectly fine waiting. When I pulled up to the window they already had my food ready? Okay so not fresh. Was cold AND my ranch was chunky!! I guess the employees weren't passing back the one brain cell fast enough.

    Very clean in the eating area as well as the bathrooms. The lady that took our order was very friendly.

    I have stopped at this location a handful of times and each time the order is correct and the staff is friendly. There are a lot of teenagers working here and they are a great group of kids!! So kind and helpful! This is by far the best Dairy Queen in the area.
