  they’re lazy and don’t allow modifications to sandwiches the way every single jimmy john’s i’ve been to has. I asked to have my giant sandwich made with one side very slightly different, and it was denied instantly when every single jimmy john’s has no problem with it. I work in the food industry and the main thing is to make the costumer happy and cleanliness. I wasn’t asking some ridiculous question. Almost Everyone shares the giant size sandwich with somebody and every jimmy john’s has had no problem with my side of the sandwich being a little different. Yall can wrap separately but not do something slightly different to one. That’s lazy to me.

  I have gone into this jimmy john several times and food has just Been completely wrong like I asked for no tomatoes and mayo but they put mayo on and tomato on the sandwich. The only redeeming factor was this worker named Erik he was really nice and chill

  This was only my second time trying Jimmy John's and first time trying toasted it was great and customer service at this location is excellent.

  Food is good. Food is fast. However any time I go in the evenings, there is an issue. I believe the young man working may be alone? I always see only him. I order 2-3 sandwiches every time. I always ask for my sandwiches to be cut in half and only 1 ever is out of 3. And the person working seems to be wearing the same gloves to prepare food, touch the drink machine/registers, AND take card/cash at the window. Im not saying this to rag the young man, but as someone with 12 years in the Food service industry, that is not following Food safety procedures. I'm saying this to hopefully get that young man some help so he doesnt have to do everything himself. Yes I will be returning.
