  I would advise against anyone using this establishment for any catering services. My experience was terrible. I place an order early this week and called the day before to confirm arrangements. The day my order was to be delivered, it was not there as scheduled, and I called to see what the issue was. I was told that they only had one driver that night and they were running behind. I asked how long it would be and they said they would be there as soon as they could. I had 30 people who were waiting for food, and it was a very uncomfortable as these people had to get back to work. The delivery point was literally a 3-minute drive from this location. I had to call two more times before the food finally arrived about 1/2 hour late. As I was unpacking the order, I found that the side salads I ordered were not delivered. I had to call the store again and was told the driver must have forgotten to take them out. I was told they would call the driver and have them come right back. Finally, after another 15 minutes and two phone calls, I called the store and told them not to bother with the sides that we needed to get back to work. I asked to have them credit my card for the sides that were missing and was told that a manager would take care of it. The next day I called and asked to speak with a manager. I said I was calling about the credit for my order from the previous evening. I asked the manager if she was aware of the situation and the problems I had with the order. As she wasn't aware, I described the problems I had and asked about the credit on my card. Shortly, she said that she had credited my account. I told her that I needed a receipt for the credit on my card and she explained she credited my in-store account. She said that since the transaction had occurred the previous day that she couldn't do anything but credit an account that I did not set up. When I said that I was told my card would be credited on the previous day, the manager said they just didn't get it done. So I am now expected to pay for all the food that was not delivered as promised because they neglected to do what they promised. I really regret paying for the tip in advance and feel so cheated on this order. Store credit does me no good at a place I plan never to do business with again.

  According to their online sight they are open until 10pm on Saturdays. We pulled in at 9:40 only to find the door locked!

  They missed cutting the sandwich in half and including napkins even though both were on the printed receipt. Good sandwich otherwise.
