  This location was clean, had great guys working the counter and the drive thru, and we're quick with the order. Even with nobody ordering they were keeping busy with tasks and upkeep of stations.

  Here are the details : On 22 April 2026 my wife and I had lunch here . Now I can take bad music but not loud bad music . I told my wife very loud so the kid working could hear me , I don't think we can stay here with this loud music . Thinking that this employee would get the hint , I was wrong . We sat down and then when we opened the wrapper the meat on the double roast beef sandwich was all on one side . It's almost and I suspect he was doing it on purpose . So now our once a week at JJ 's has turned into once a week at Subway !

  Have always ordered delivery qas always a big Jimmy Johns especially in Rapid City great locations there never had an issue. This 1 on the other hand is full of disrespectful young kids I complained to corporate they said its independently owned. Honestly went back to Subway because of them. I've ordered many times and have had items missing sandwiches made wrong and etc. When called to solve the issue was met with disrespectful remarks like if I didn't pay for what I ordered not what they delivered honestly in I stay clear of Jimmy Johns in Brandon SD.
