  I came in to eat and was having a hard day and as soon as I opened the door I was greeted with a smile by a young gal I think her name was dusty anyways long story short she made my day better and it's workers like that,that don't know me but made me feel like they did. Thank you Arby's I'll Definitely be back

  I ordered the same Rueben meal June 2 and June 11, 2026. Instead of a drink I ordered a large Jamocha shake both times. The first time they charged me the difference in the price of the drink versus the shake. The second time they charged me full price for the shake. I went in there a week later which was todayand complained about it and get my money back

  6/15/25 Went in around 11am. Was assisted at the counter by a nice lady and got the Double Beef and Cheddar combo. Tasted awesome and fresh. Store seem well kept first thing in the morning as I believe I was one of the earliest customers. The bathrooms and the surrounding areas were clean - it does I might add need a refresh soon.
