  Of course it looks nice cuz they just got a remodel, it's a hit or miss on whether your coffee will be good, and heaven forbid you say something because the staff get real upset about that. There is also no ATM anymore. It would also be nice to have a bathroom. I understand that having one open to the public is not feasible in this area but putting it under lock and key or with a code would be great, little kids or people that actually are the to purchase....

  The girl with the colored hair from night crew (nessa) was very unprofessional and rude to my kids.

  So this was my favorite Dunkin until I just learned they let my favorite worker go. The young kid that was always at the window was always so polite and pleasant unlike the other workers . Do better Dunkin

  Ordered a hot chocolate with cinnamon and whipped cream.Put on the odor screen for drive through hot chocolate with caramel swirl.I told them I did not like caramel.Did not want it in my hot chocolate.They proceeded to tell me, they wouldn't put it in and would add cinnamon.Still got a hot chocolate with caramel swirl.Couldn't drink it
