- MMMegan6 days ago1.0I come here everyday and everyday it’s always something, they usually hand my coffee off to someone else since they don’t pay attention this happend 2X and the customer handed it back then they handed it to me didn’t offer to remake it after someone else touched it, they never have french vanilla swirl and today when I ordered coconut caramel they didn’t put anything in it at all just coffee and cream so they obviously didn’t care to make it right which is annoying since I hate plain coffee and it’s coming out of my pocket. I’ll just avoid this location from now on.

We had a mobile order and came 5 minutes after to pick it up, and they didn't have it ready. Had to ask us what our 3rd drink was and then handed it to us with coffee all over the side. I asked for a napkin and she just walked away. Horrible customer service. There are barely any people at this dunkin, so I don't understand..

A girl had just completed a physical application and tried to turn it in but the staff told her that the manager left and that they locked their office I'm assuming there was no shift leader on duty that could take the application. When the team member came up to the counter she didn't greet me she just looked at me so I kindly ordered my regular iced coffee with cream and sugar and one flavoring and it's just water down and taste mostly like milk but I'm not gonna go back and have them remake it. I also did not get a receipt. There were little flies on the glazed donuts, other than that they seem kind of understaffed.
