Surprisingly bad for the area, been a few times now and even when it’s not busy the food takes 30+ minutes and most seats are dirty.

I placed an online order and came into the restaurant to pick it up. When I arrived at the pickup area, I was not greeted or asked if I was there for an order. The employee working that station appeared to be focused solely on in-store customers, so I assumed my order was still being prepared and waited patiently. After standing there for about 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or asking for my name or order information, I finally asked about my order. I was then told that it had been completed the entire time and was sitting on a shelf waiting to be picked up. I understand this is a new location and that there will be some growing pains as operations get settled. However, I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed. A simple greeting or acknowledgment of customers waiting in the pickup area would go a long way toward improving the experience. Greeting customers and checking whether they are picking up an order is a basic part of good restaurant service.

Me over here wondering why the manager is glaring and mean mugging me while I'm waiting on my order when me and my wife only ordered 2 burgers and 1 fry and are sitting quietly in a corner not makeing noise

order# 15 on 7/8/2026 - Cshier told me its his first order ever using the register ( a "bear with me, I'm a bit new still" would have been better to hear). entire order was incorrect. Got onions instead of jalapenos. none of the veggies were grilled like I ordered and asked for. bottom burger bun extremely soggy. did not see my requested side in the bag, and when I asked the employee for that side of Cajun spice she stated "it should be in there" so rather than dumping the bag on the counter and looking thru the pile of fries to attempt to find it, I took her word: only to discover no side of Cajun spice. I would happily wait 19 minutes for my order again, IF it were correct. I'm still in disbelief that I am taking the time to write this review for a fast food restaurant, but for one such as five guys with a good reputation, it really is a shame to see that they have decided to open this location when they are clearly not ready for the volume of business they are about to receive, and lose. Very disappointed because I, along with my staff of 14 employees who work at the next plaza over were really looking forward to a five guys location here. lastly, I suggest making it a little less obvious that you are prioritizing the door dash orders above the counter orders. Next time I'm craving five guys, I will go to my hometown one in Warwick, where the food is good, orders are accurate, and the google reviews aren't written by the staff/owners/family...
