  All I can say is imagine your teenagers home alone without adult supervision operating an all you can eat buffet in your kitchen but have run out of everything but chicken and don't know how to communicate that...Once you get over the ICK factor as they prepare your meals on counters that have yet to see a clean cloth between customers, the beef i assume they found themselves short of lie at the feet of "the cook" along with a litany of other mysteries and greasy gross surfaces from doors to tables you find yourself wondering why am I paying $26 for a burrito and bowl I can easily make at home in an actual clean kitchen. 🤔

  10/10 — The food was warm, flavorful, and comforting. The two girls working at the front this morning were extremely welcoming. They greeted me and made the ordering process easy and fast. The cashier was extremely kind and thoughtful. She carried a tray to an elderly woman’s table who was unable to do so herself because she was using a cane. It was a small but meaningful gesture that truly made me appreciate the level of care shown to customers it was adorable ! Excellent service and a wonderful experience overall. Great job, Chipotle!! So proud of your girls !

  Had to try CHIPOTLE. DAY 4 Of their opening. Lunch time. Walk in, greasy finger and palm prints all over the doors, dirty tables, garbage overflowing. Not friendly or inviting. Dried out meats. 3/4 empty containers with dried out cheese and sour cream. Gross food buildup around containers (only day 4). Tasteless rice and chips so stale they bend instead of snap. Even hate setup to order and pay, it is confusing and backwards. First and last for us after being so excited. I wouldn't go back if it was free.

  Customer service is poor they are more concerned about online orders and rush you through the line. I was literally the only person in the establishment and felt rushed. Person taking my order just mumbled under her breath the whole time could barely understand what she was saying. Place had dirty tables all over walk through the door and your greeted to 50 napkins on the floor. you could just tell staff does not care about you or anything. Honestly just save yourself the hassle and drive 1min up the road to bajas they have 10/10 customers service portions are much better honestly everything is better you will thank me later. Should have put a Moes here or just ran an online only store. Do better.

  Nasty!! Stay away. Girl that was taking order had massive attitude. No Guac, asked if there was any she looked left, right and said no. I asked for sour cream, she scooped up what looked like milk and dumped it on the bowl, (this is where I knew she had no clue) I said no thanks keep it. Never going back there, ever. Stay away unless you want to get sick.
