They didn't put in the guacamole (which I had paid extra for), and they did put in cheese (which I can't eat). I was left hungry and disappointed. When I reached out to customer service, they confirmed that my order did contain cheese and not guacamole (they must have looked at video from the store), but said they couldn't refund me even after confirming that I did not receive the food that I had paid for. Feels an awful lot like they just stole $20 from me. Would not recommend.

No prices posted for ANYTHING (except drinks), no 'labels' posted on ingredient choices, inappropriate serving-utensil sizes used (main protein portion should NOT be same portion for sauce, chopped toppings or cold garnishes. Low-fat sour cream only??? Bottom-of-the-barrel scraping of steam-table trays & 'cold' ingredients - FRESH does NOT describe what I was served/had to choose from. Charged $15 for 2 basic tacos which were tossed after one bite. WILL NEVER RETURN.
