- CPColin PelletierJun 9, 20261.0The only thing they get right is my coffee. Every time. HOWEVER to receive my coffee, I have to interrupt the workers from having their little get together in the back to move my coffee into the pickup station THAT WAS BUILT FOR MOBILE ORDERS. My coffee was just sitting behind the little station with the receipt. Like how lazy do you have to be? Another instance where I walk in to grab my coffee and nothing was on the station. I had 3 female workers all look at me and stare at me like I had 3 heads. I spoke up and said “picking up for Colin” the look on their faces when I said that was astonishing. It was like they never got my order and looked at me with disgust. Turns out, someone made it, threw it out, then cleared the screen. I showed my transaction history and they remade the coffee for me. Either get workers who actually want to work or shut the place down. Getting high schoolers for a minimum wage job they can’t even perform is hilarious cause isn’t management supposed to TRAIN? Oh and mind you, this is basically an ALL FEMALE STORE. They got like 1 or 2 dudes working for them. Wonder why stuff gets messed up a lot. I do not suggest coming to this location for coffee. Drive the extra mile or 2 down the road for the other Dunkin location. Rats roam outside their dumpsters frequently, you’ll see them more around 830/9pm when you drive by. It’s quite disgusting. Then the drive thru line extends out into the street? Clearly someone didn’t think about that when they built the place. All I’m gonna say is, do better. Find a better corporate coffee shop
