This is the last time I go to this poor excuse of a coffee shop. check your tickets before handing out food and drinks. I get this happening once in a while but not every single time I go.

But as i pulled up to the drive thru and spoke with Gigi and she assisted with choosing something off the menu (he’s an over thinker) but with her amazing fun personality. I was able to order in a timely manner. That’s just in the drive thru, As i came up to the window. She came with THE BEST ENERGY, Multi tasking both my order and also the customer behind me with amazing service. Ayana, Her co-worker, Made my drink and IT IS SOOOO GOOD!!! Again i expect such poor performance/quality and to get amazing service is such a rare occurrence. I am very impressed by them and more importantly, they deserve more than what they get. Every other location needs to do better. I will be continuing to come back to this location. Thank you!!!! <33

I asked for their names just to write this review for them because wow they deserve it! So dunkin needs to give these two a raise Robin and Kiki are the sweetest, most hard working ones that work there and they truly go above and beyond for their customers and I’m not the only one who thinks so , so many of my friends and family go to this dunkin just to see them too! I truly appreciate them so Thank you ladies😊

There was one car in front of me that was already at the window. I sat at that speaker for about 5 minutes without a word. I watched the truck pull away from the window and it still took them a minute to answer the speaker so I was thinking that maybe The car in front of me, even though it was one car got a bigger order, and there was only like two people onbut I pull up to the window after they take my order finally and there’s three people on….one girl is sitting on her phone at the ordertaking station not a good look. This dunking used to be wonderful now you never know
