- MMmckenzie MooreMar 21, 20261.0This subway alone is absolutely horrible... all of our food was wrong... there was lettuce on my sandwich and I am in fact very allergic. We got in contact with the hire up which was no problem on getting a refund on our food... now the process of going in to get the "refund" was more complicated then getting ahold of HR. Day one... I go in and get told a manager isn't on he couldn't give me the a giftcard, which we asked could you just remake the sandwich instead... was told no come back tomorrow because he couldn't be giving out free food. When I in fact showed the email and brought in a receipt. I ended up leaving and coming back which was today. I walk in to just get the giftcard which I have now two emails stating the same thing from the higher up.... was told that I would have to wait 10-15 minutes untill the manager calls to give an okay because again "will not be giving out free giftcards" I said could you just make the Sandwich... apparently they didn't have the avacado that they missed the first time and or "none of the drinks that were on the receipt" I am highly disappointed and will not be coming back to this subway.... if I could give zero stars I would.

Alright, so I got home, unwrapped the sandwich and it was a bread lettuce mustard and mayo sandwich. No meat, no cheese. No sandwich contents besides condiments and old shredded lettuce. This place and it's worker is TRASH
