QDOBA Mexican Eats on Bald Hill has the potential to be a five-star with ease. The service was impeccable. Super clean. The toppings for a little off. They were missing Jalapenos and a few other toppings. Yes I saw the sign but it's way too early on for you to be missing toppings. The other places around you have jalapenos so send a manager to the supermarket to make sure you have them. If you want five star reviews. I think you guys have the best queso around. That spicy queso smacked. Your chips are lighter and way more flavor then your competitors. The only chips that come clothes are when you get that extra special one at Chipot which has the lime and salt. But they are so hit or miss. Your meat needed a tad more flavor. Your lettuce was the freshest out of any competitor. Same with your cheese. Salsa needed a little more kick. Easily could be the best around with a few small changes. I'd love to come back and change this to a five-star and be at the top of your feed where you belong. Hope I'm able to. Side note... crazy clean bathroom, which is essential. You know if the bathroom is that clean so is the kitchen! I've never seen a company hide their dirty plunger like that! No one wants to see that in every place leaves it on the side of the toilet
This is genious!! Let me know if you want me to come back and re review everything! Get you to the top where your close tp being! In the meantime go check this place out everyone!!
Many people waited hours for the free burritos for a year promotion only to find out its once monthly. Funny, Chipotle is doing a free burritos for a year promo right now and its weekly redemption. They used the promo to get people there for their grand opening ceremony which they prioritized and made the customers wait even longer. Food is good but tiny portions and that was my 3rd visit so not a one off

Went today and had some weird older man with white hair (I’m assuming the manager since he had a different uniform on) try to crack jokes, but the jokes just kept getting more uncomfortable and rude the more he went on and oh my God, did he keep going.
I laughed the first time, thinking that was it, but I’m guessing he doesn’t get many laughs since he decided to keep making rude, inappropriate remarks and jokes after I picked a topping. He literally just kept going for every single topping he put on my burrito.
You would think that after I stopped laughing and looked uncomfortable, any normal person would cut it out. Not this guy. Extremely unprofessional and I would think if you are the manager you should maybe work better with the public and not try to turn people off from your business since this is your career.
I’ll be going to Baja’s or Caliente now for burritos because I can get much better food for a slightly better price. Plus, I won’t have some creepy, weird manager being a jerk for no reason.
I had a very similar experience to most on Grand opening day. The food was pretty underwhelming compared to other burrito bowl places in the area. The first time I went it was pretty great, however I was disappointed today. The bowl was mostly rice, and both the meat and overall flavor were lacking. Although the price is decent, there are definitely better options nearby within the price range.
The grand opening promotion was quite disappointing, deceptive, and manipulative in a way. What was advertised as “free burritos or bowls for a year” ended up being one free bowl per month, which felt very different from what was being promoted, especially considering how long people waited, excitedly but exhaustively, outside before the doors opened.
What made the experience even worse was the behavior of one of the employees toward my peer. More than once, the employee used my peer as the subject of jokes while trying to joke around. It came across as inappropriate rather than friendly and created an uncomfortable and awkward experience for us. There is a difference between joking with customers and repeatedly making someone feel singled out.
Between the disappointing food, the promotion, and the uncomfortable interaction with the employee, as much as I wanted to initially, I unfortunately would not recommend this place, overall.
The food has significantly less flavor compared to its competitors around the area, those being Baja’s, Chipotle, and Caliente’s. If you want a true burrito bowl experience where your bowl isn’t 60% rice and bland meat, I suggest one of those three.
Also, the promotion ran at the grand opening was a complete SCAM. The sign read “FREE BURRITOS OR BOWLS FOR A YEAR” for the first 100 customers in line. That was not granted in any way as what we received was one free bowl a month. I understand how marketing and advertising works but think twice before you scam customers who were waiting outside 10+ hours before the doors opened.
