  Food is great, when the order is right. Very frustrating to pick up an order, drive away, and discover it’s wrong. Counter service is okay - some of these kids are so bored and it’s obvious. My husband said the floor of the men’s bathroom is disgusting. Needs a mop and some bleach. It’s a good option in a convenient location but needs improvement.

  Had a great experience at this location. Greeted when I walk through the door and when I had messed up my order the manager quickly fixed it. Also probably one of the freshest tasting Panera locations I’ve ever been too no lie

  Great food and a cozy atmosphere! The fresh bread and delicious soups never disappoint. Perfect spot for a quick lunch or a relaxing coffee break!

  We had a slight issue with our online order today, even though it was placed well in advance. However, the manager, Jessica, handled the situation immediately and with great care. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was corrected and that the quality of our order met expectations. We really appreciate the level of attention, professionalism, and leadership she showed. It made a big difference in our experience, and we’ll definitely be returning!
