But some point in the past month there was a shift and this place has gone to complete chaos, I went inside recently and had seen the manager standing at the window dancing and playing songs with intense usage of inappropriate phrases. In a workplace this is not acceptable especially when I was waiting 10 minutes on an order. I will not be returning, and I suggest others do not.

Complained the entire time I was inside and not once did anyone pick up a rag , a broom, or anything.

I usually brush things off because I like my morning coffee, but enough is enough. Today I placed a mobile order 15 minutes before arriving, got the “you’re far away” notification, arrived, and STILL waited another 20 minutes. That’s over 30 minutes for a mobile order. This has happened repeatedly, I’ve been late to work because of the wait, and another day I had to leave without my food. The manager seems to be the only person keeping things moving. If he’s not there, expect a very very long wait. I understand busy mornings, but this is a consistent problem, not an occasional bad day. I’ve given this location plenty of chances, but it has gotten to the point where I’m seriously reconsidering coming back.
